Divergent Thinking‘s workshop will teach you how Emotional Intelligence can assist in looking after your physical/mental health & wellbeing, through to your ability to inspire and lead. This session is a great opportunity to practice mindfulness, and learn something new!
This workshop is a 1 hour session that explores what Emotional Intelligence (EI) is, and why it is important.
During this workshop, you will learn how to intentionally commit yourself to build this skill, and learn how to create positive emotions within yourself and in others.
