Coping with Life Workshops in December

We are pleased to offer some practical free-of-charge workshops this December via Zoom:

  • Healthy Sleep Workshop, Tuesday 1st December 2020, 11am-12noon

This workshop aims to help us to set a practice to work towards a good sleep pattern. Refreshing sleep sets us up for the day.

Please have a notebook and pen to hand – keeping notes will help us to build resilience for the future. You can use it for any of the courses that you might attend.

  • Understanding Anxiety, Tuesday 8th December 2020, 11am-12.30pm

Strangely enough – we do need some level of anxiety in our lives. Join this theory and chat session to learn about why we have anxiety, why it is sometimes helpful and begin to understand how to go about managing anxiety. 

Please have a note book and pen handy – this would be a useful thing to have to use for any of our sessions – it will help to build a personal toolbox.

  • Food & Mood, Tuesday 15th December 2020, 11am-12pm

We are what we eat and what we eat really can affect our mood. Let us take a look at what might help.

  • Goal Setting and Problem Solving, Tuesday 22nd December 2020, 11am-12pm

An hour spent exploring a realistic way to work through issues – worth every minute.
