Intrepid Kirsty Frost is embarking on her biggest challenge to date by participating in the Tougher Runner UK Kent Triathlon taking place on July 18th 2021 at Brett Lydd Lake, Jurys Gap, Kent.
Her gruelling event starts with a 1500m swim, followed by 40km bike ride and finishes with a 10km run.
Kirsty, studying for her level 3 mental health awareness course, is supporting South Kent Mind as she quite rightly feels her local mental health charity is going to be needed now more than ever.
Kirsty added ‘This is a massive challenge and the training I am putting into this is also massive. This charity is so important to so many peoples life’s and with it being in south Kent money raised will be used in our area.’
Kirsty’s already off to a flying start with her fundraising, having raised more than 50% of her target for South Kent Mind.
If you would like to help Kirsty through her month’s of training and over the finish line on July 18th, please consider making a donation to her fundraising page which you can visit here.
