In partnership with Shepway Sports Trust, we’re offering Pilates and Yoga sessions at Three Hills Sports Park for South Kent Mind members. Pilates will take place every Tuesday at 12pm from Tuesday 18th May and yoga will take place every Thursday at 1pm from Thursday 20 May.

Members will be asked to sign a COVID waiver and have temperature taken on site. If new to sessions, you’ll be asked to fill in a PAR-Q before participating.
Classes will be held at Three Hills Sports Park – Roundhill Suite, main hall or outside, weather dependent. Three Hills staff member will greet participants on arrival.
