Workshop Date: Thursday 4 November 2021, 1.30pm: Understanding depression – £35 per person
We may all have times when our mood is low, or when we’re feeling sad. When these feelings don’t pass, it can have a huge impact on how we think, feel and function in every-day life. Sessions are delivered to individual organisations providing a secure learning environment.

- What is depression?
- Recognising signs and symptoms
- Understanding the impact of depression
- How to support ourselves and others
- Signposting to further support
Session length: 90 minutes.
Places on this workshop can be purchased per person, whether, as a member of the public, you’d like to enhance your understanding of mental health awareness and diagnoses, or if you work as part of an organisation and would like to be able to better support yourself and others.
