Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring, as Tom discovered when he created a tantalising Mexican cuisine in one of our healthy eating groups run by South Kent Mind.
Tom made this stunning Mexican meal all from scratch following the inspiration and support of the healthy eating group. The healthy eating sessions have really motivated Tom to experiment with new foods and he is now eating a much healthier and varied diet.
South Kent Mind’s healthy eating group starts every Friday from 3pm until 4pm and are held via Zoom only.
The healthy eating group, led by a Mind staff member, get together to share recipes, tips and ideas for healthy eating and wellbeing.
