We are pleased to be offering some practical free-of-charge workshops to help us cope with life for Dover and Deal residents. Two workshops will be running back-to-back, with a break in between, on the same day, and we encourage participants to join us for both workshops.
As of Monday 10 January 2022, these workshops will take place remotely on Zoom due to the rise in Covid-19 cases. We will be reviewing our service delivery every 2 weeks to ensure the safety of our members and staff.

Steps to help you feel more confident and be more assertive in your everyday life.
