David Hockney inspires art session
South Kent Mind’s art group brought their landscapes to life in a recent session influenced by the work of artist David Hockney.

Creating art is beneficial for mental health as it can boost self-esteem, help people relax and it produces dopamine, giving you a sense of accomplishment when you’ve finished a project! Hockney’s bright landscapes may be the perfect inspiration anyone would need to raise their mental wellbeing with their world of colour.
Mind member, Martin, created this wonderful piece in response to the theme:

Amazing work, Martin!
