On Wednesday 5 January South Kent Mind organised a walk in Hythe to bring in the New Year!

Members started the year with how they mean to go on- with a health walk and an opportunity to connect with nature. The group walked through the park and along the seafront. It was a typical bright and cold winters day, bracing but exhilarating!

This was a lovely social event giving everyone the opportunity to get to know one another and reconnect. Walking, talking to others and being in the great outdoors is fantastic for our wellbeing.

So why not join South Kent Mind on their next walk for wellbeing?

Details on our wellbeing walks & other activities can be found via our calendar here.
