Sometimes all we need is someone to talk to.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, many of us have faced challenges that may have impacted our mental health. We’re here to support you through those challenges.

That’s why South Kent Mind are introducing Wellbeing groups (formally Coming out of Covid) to the activities calendar. With weekly themes and a once a month walk out in the community to help you with your mental wellbeing.

When/ Where?

Weekly, face-to-face in the Pam Comber Meeting Room at the South Kent Mind Centre, 3 Mill Bay, Folkestone.

Mondays- 10:30 am- 12pm

Wednesdays- 1 -2:30pm

How can I book?

If you’re a Mind member, please book your place by emailing contact@southkentmind.org.uk or phoning 01303 250090. Please be mindful that spaces are often limited so please book as soon as possible.

If you are not a member yet: You can self-refer to South Kent Mind if you’re experiencing or have experienced mental health problems. Phone us on 01303 250090 or email us at contact@southkentmind.org.uk to book a referral appointment.
