Cooking on a budget
South Kent Mind know times may be tough right now. With the cost of living rising in the UK, many of may be struggling to put food on the table.
There is no shame in asking for advice on financial concerns and/or support in getting the meals you need. If you are currently experiencing any of these concerns, you are not alone. Between 1 April 2021 and 31 March 2022, food banks in the Trussell Trust’s UK wide network distributed over 2.1 million emergency food parcels to people in crisis.
To support you and your family, South Kent Mind are offering Cooking on a Budget sessions to help you make nutritious meals that won’t cost the Earth. We also be able to direct to other organisations and foodbanks that may be able to aid you should you need it.
