Mindfulness in Folkestone

Everyday stresses can be a lot to handle. Taking just a few minutes out of your day to reflect can really make a difference.
Studies have shown that Mindfulness can help to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. However, Mindfulness can be beneficial to everyone, no matter what challenges you may be facing. To support your mental wellbeing, South Kent Mind are offering a 5 Week Mindfulness Course in Folkestone.
