Free sessions for Yoga and Pilates volunteers

How would you like to take part in yoga and Pilates classes, completely free of charge?
Now is your opportunity! All you need to do is volunteer to support our members during our weekly Yoga and Pilates sessions at Three Hills Sports Park. The sessions are in collaboration with The Sports Trust, highlighting the relationship between keeping active and mental health.
What time are the sessions?
Pilates- Tuesdays, 12-1pm
Yoga- Thursdays, 1-2pm
