During a recent creative writing session, our members took on the challenge of writing pieces at home. Reading and writing poetry is beneficial for your mental health as it can be comforting and can also help to boost your mood.
Did you know?
A study of undergraduate students in Iran found that reading poetry together reduced signs of depression, anxiety, and stress! We believe that writing can be just as beneficial.
