South Kent Mind members get scribbling for their wellbeing!
Journaling is an excellent way to express and reflect on your thoughts and feelings. It can be a useful way to manage stress, depression and anxiety. There are plenty of ways you can journal! Whether you prefer the old- fashioned way with a notebook and pen or like to type away on a computer.
Did you know?
A study found that those with anxiety who wrote online for 15 minutes three days a week (over a 12-week period) had increased feelings of well-being and fewer depressive symptoms after one month.
