South Kent Mind are here to make a difference to the lives of almost a quarter of a million people residing in the Folkestone and Hythe and Dover districts; an area spanning the coastline from Dungeness to Deal and covering over 250 square miles.

In another challenging year, it has never been more important to get involved and help make things better for everyone, including you and those closest to you.  Whatever the age, kindergarten to care home, your collective time, talent, and kindness will ensure nobody in South Kent faces mental health problems alone.

Without the generosity of local people, organisations and businesses, South Kent Mind would not be able to offer the incredible community support that many find indispensable.

All activities and services currently provided outside core services, such as the Wellbeing Programme and Counselling Service, requires £300,000 to be raised annually from donations, grants, and the fundraising efforts of our Hythe shop, centre staff and volunteers.

Currently our services are more in-demand than ever before so now has never been a more critical time to get involved.

Whoever you are, wherever you live, whatever your support, your involvement will be critical in maintaining and improving our local services and ultimately making your community a better place to live.
