Mental Health Awareness Week 2020

Mental Health Awareness Week 2020

What is it?

Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event where all the local mental health organisations come together to raise awareness of mental health, mental wellbeing, and what we can do to support ourselves and each other.

The topic for Mental Health Awareness Week 2020 is Kindness

Voluntary, Charities, and Social Enterprise organisations working in Mental Health across South Kent have come together to raise awareness of Mental Health issues and how being Kind to your Mind can improve wellbeing.

Our campaign for South Kent is Be Kind to your Mind
