South Kent Mind Craft Group every Monday from 1pm until 2pm at the South Kent Mind Centre, 3 Mill Bay, Folkestone.
The craft group practices a variety of different styles in a safe, group setting. Everyone is welcome to join in, from beginners to the more experienced.

South Kent Mind Creative Writing Group every Wednesday from 11am until 12.30pm at the South Kent Mind Centre, 3 Mill Bay, Folkestone.
The creative writing group is a fun and comfortable environment to process and express thoughts, feelings and emotions in a productive and artistic way. Beginners welcome. Members can also join via Zoom.

South Kent Mind Walking Group every Tuesday and Friday, in Folkestone, Dover and Deal.
The walking groups are supervised by a South Kent Mind volunteer who guides the group through a designated walking area in a safe, friendly environment.

South Kent Mind Pilates every Tuesday and Yoga every Thursday and at Three Hills Sports Park, Folkestone.
Pilates classes take place every Tuesday from 12pm until 1pm with yoga classes running every Thursday from 1pm to 2pm. A South Kent Mind staff member will be present to support you and classes are led by qualified and experienced instructors.

Relaxation classes are held every Thursday 2pm until 3pm at the South Kent Mind Centre, 3 Mill Bay, Folkestone and can also be joined via Zoom.
The relaxation group is on a four-week rolling programme, learning more information and techniques as the weeks progress.
