- Talking Therapies including Counselling
- Encourage positive mental activity
- increase mindfulness
- increase perspective
- Build resilience
- Upskill participants
- Increase empathy
- Increase employability
- Increase successful independent living

Activities within the SELF Help programme include:

- Wellbeing groups (formally Coming Out of Covid)
- Mindfulness Courses
- Healthy Cooking
- One-to-One Counselling
- Peer-led Support Groups
- Young Adult Group
- New Members’ Group
