Self-Esteem

Our Self Esteem is important. How we feel about ourselves can be changed – we’ll take a look at what we can do to raise our Self Esteem.

Food & Mood

We are what we eat and what we eat really can affect our mood. Let us take a look at what might help.

Financial Minds

The cost of living crisis is hitting many of us. Here at South Kent Mind we understand that speaking with someone about money worries can be hard. We are here to help.

Please have a note book and pen handy for all of these workshops – this would be a useful thing to have to use for any of our sessions. It will help to build a personal toolbox.
