Understanding Anxiety
Strangely enough – we do need some level of anxiety in our lives. Join this theory and chat session to learn about why we have anxiety, why it is sometimes helpful and begin to understand how to go about managing anxiety.
Assertiveness & Confidence
Let us take a look at improving Confidence and Assertiveness. It’s got to be a good thing for everyone – first steps in beginning to work on confidence and being assertive.
Healthy Sleep
This workshop aims to help us to set a practice to work towards a good sleep pattern. Refreshing sleep sets us up for the day.
Goal Setting & Problem Solving
An hour spent exploring a realistic way to work through issues – worth every minute.
Self-Esteem
Our Self Esteem is important. How we feel about ourselves can be changed – we’ll take a look at what we can do to raise our Self Esteem.
Food & Mood
We are what we eat and what we eat really can affect our mood. Let us take a look at what might help.
Financial Minds
The cost of living crisis is hitting many of us. Here at South Kent Mind we understand that speaking with someone about money worries can be hard. We are here to help.
Please have a note book and pen handy for all of these workshops – this would be a useful thing to have to use for any of our sessions. It will help to build a personal toolbox.
