Mindfulness Courses

Find out more about our courses

Studies have shown that Mindful Living can help improve our wellbeing and mental health, by paying more attention to the present moment, to our own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around us. These 5-week courses will bring the opportunity to learn about and feel the benefits of Mindfulness. 

We’re offering the following face-to-face courses in Dover, Deal, Folkestone and New Romney:

  • Dover – Wednesday, 27 April, 2:30pm. The Riverside Centre, Maison Dieu Gardens, CT16 1R
  • Deal– Friday, 29 April, 2:30pm. The Landmark Centre, 129 High Street, CT14 6BB
  • Folkestone – Thursday, 9 June-Thursday, 7 July, 11:30am-1pm. Pam Comber Meeting Room, South Kent Mind Centre, 3 Mill Bay, Folkestone, CT20 1JS
  • New Romney– Wednesday, 12 October-Wednesday, 9 November, 10:30am-12:30pm. New Romney Children’s Centre
