Studies have shown that Mindful Living can help improve our wellbeing and mental health, by paying more attention to the present moment, to our own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around us. These 5-week courses will bring the opportunity to learn about and feel the benefits of Mindfulness.
We’re offering the following face-to-face courses in Dover, Folkestone and Deal:
- Dover: Every Wednesday from 11 August – 8 September, 2.30-4pm at Riverside Centre Dover, Maison Dieu Gardens, Dover CT16 1RL
- Folkestone: Every Thursday from 12 August – 9 September, 11am-12.30pm at Mind Centre, 24/26 Dover Road, Folkestone CT20 1JQ
- Deal: Every Friday from 13 August – 10 September, 2.30-4pm at The Golf Road Centre, Deal CT14 6PY
