South Kent Mind offers a varied programme of activities, groups and workshops, aimed to promote good mental health in a friendly, informal and safe environment. Our programme includes social activities, art therapy, physical activities, Coping with Life workshops and Mindfulness courses.

We’ll help you discover your pathway to better mental health.

We offer:

  • support, signposting and information sharing
  • Wellbeing phone calls to ‘check in’ on how you’re doing
  • Support to help you help yourself via workshops, courses and activity groups
  • Counselling service, should you need one-to-one talking therapy
