Active Self mental health Wellbeing from South Kent Mind


The purpose of the Active SELF programme is to:

  • Encourage physical activity
    • increase physical health
    • increase activity levels
  • Encourage participation in group activities
    • working collectively
    • social interaction
    • decrease isolation
  • Encourage participation in activities in the community
    • community integration
    • increase independent living
