The purpose of the SELF Help programme is to;

  • Provide clinical support
    • Person-Centred Planning (PCP)
    • Talking Therapies including Counselling
  • Encourage positive mental activity
    • increase mindfulness
    • increase perspective
    • Build resilience
  • Upskill participants
    • Increase empathy
    • Increase employability
    • Increase successful independent living

  • SELF Wise Course
  • Healthy Cooking
  • One to One Counselling
