We are running a weekly online mindfulness session as part of our Wellbeing Activity Programme.
There’s a two stage registration process:
- You need to be registered with South Kent Mind (see below). This is what we call being a ‘member’.
- Once you are a member, then contact the office to register for the mindfulness session. You will be sent a link and details of how to access the mindfulness session.
Once you are registered with South Kent Mind and have completed your assessment, you will be able to participate in our activities. You can view and download the South Kent Mind activity calendar here.
