Samaritans is a 24/7, confidential and non-judgmental support service. You can talk to them at any time and in your own way. They are here for anyone experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including thoughts which could lead to self-harm or suicide.

Hestia offers a safe haven telephone service for residents of Folkestone & Hythe district who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
